Aglaia Kleronomou

Aglaia Kleronomou was born in Athens in August 1975, to a Cephalonian father and a Cretan mother. An only child, with a strong imagination that kept her company, she discovered the magical world of books and became friends her heroes. She is married to the man she met just before she finished school, whom she describes as her rock, since he is by her side in all the easy and difficult moments of her life and tolerates her quirky character.

In an attempt to engage in something more practical, accounting entered her life for a very short time, but - as was to be expected - the prosaicness of numbers was not able to hold her.

She is active in the private sector and a few years ago, she decided that it was not enough for her to just read a book. So, she made an attempt to put her ideas on paper and the positive feedback from her friends gave her the impetus to continue.

Since then she has not stopped creating her own worlds. Her stories were hosted on a global, online, web-based platform and won the love of the reading public which encouraged her to take the next step, that of publishing.

Her first effort is in the form of a print book, "Attraction Parallels", received very good reviews and was followed by "Pieces of the Mind" and "Angle of view" which are available in electronic format from Carmelasbooks.
